Aside from the Map Projects (see other page), I’ve done several commissions recently involving tree images. Since my printer is limited in the size prints I can make, these projects have been made up of multiple panels of stretched canvas with a space between them. The space has been “subtracted” out of the overall image so that it reads as a large continuous image, perhaps seen through a “window.” These sizes of these projects are 4′x6′ (Cottonwoods), 8′x8′ (Branches), and 6′x9′ (Birch Group).
