I’ve had the pleasure of doing two large scale map projects in collaboration with John Gutzler of Ford Powell & Carson Architects in San Antonio. The first was 7.5′x10′ for the Flag Room at Texas A&M University. It depicts the Brazos and Navasoto river valley areas around College Station, Texas.
The second map is a map of the Needmore Ranch near Laredo. It measures 6′x8′.
Both maps were digitally created and then printed in sections on adhesive-backed vinyl. These panels were then mounted on a foam-core base and then framed.
